Capítulo 7. De vuelta a Tarragona

1. Pilar no se quiere quedar en Barcelona y no puede esperar más. El último tren para Tarragona sale dentro de poco, a las 21:11h. Así que, aunque triste y decepcionada, renuncia a la sorpresa y vuelve a casa.
2. Antes de coger el tren, deja una nota debajo de la puerta de Javier. En la nota, escribe: “¡Hola Amor! ¡Feliz aniversario! Te echo de menos… Pilar.”
3. Mientras camina hacia la estación, Pilar piensa lo inútil que ha sido su viaje. De rabia tienes ganas de llorar!
4. Afortunadamente el viaje en tren es muy interesante. Junto a ella hay otras personas: un elegante caballero que duerme, una madre con un niño pequeño muy tranquilo, y dos estudiantes que hablan de filosofía.
5. Pilar se pasa todo el viaje observando a los viajeros.

Chapter 7. Back To Tarragona

1. Pilar doesn’t want to stay in Barcelona and can’t wait any longer. The last train to Tarragona leaves soon, at 9.11pm. So, sad and disappointed, she gives up on the surprise and goes home.
2. Before taking the train she slips a note under Javier’s door. On the note she writes: “Hi darling! Happy Anniversary! I miss you… Pilar.”
3. As she walks to the station, Pilar thinks about how useless her journey has been. She is so angry she could cry!
4. Fortunately, the train journey is very interesting. Around her are various other people: a stylish gentleman who is asleep, a mother with a small, quiet child and two students discussing philosophy.
5. Pilar spends the whole journey observing the passengers.
